Mortgage Doc Checklist


  • Current Paystubs - Last 2 for all borrowers
  • Last years Tax Returns and W-2's for all borrowers (all the schedules)
  • Self Employed Borrowers will need 2 full years of Tax Returns. 
  • Bank statements for the past two months

AND any of the following that apply to you below

  • Child support agreement and divorce decree if you pay alimony
  • Current Mortgage Statements on any propertys you own
  • Loan Modification Agreement if you have modified a mortgage in the last 12 months
  • STUDENT LOANS - If you are in any kind of Income Base Repayment program we will need to see the details on this.
  • Loan Modificaiton - If you have done a loan a modification on an existing property in the past few years, please make us aware of this at time of application.

VETERANS -  You will also need your VA certficiate of Eligiblity and your Discharge papers (DD214)
